This exuberant seasonal accommodation with the travel agency AEA Boutique Travel, is located at the top of the hill where the island ends, being in this house is having the feeling of watching over the island of magic, with a unique view, as there is no other in Florianópolis with this architecture that allows you to be on top of the sea!

An incredible reading, living, dining and TV room, full kitchen integrated into a large enclosed balcony with glass and dining space.

Bedrooms, 7 of which are double suites with air conditioning, 5 of them (main hall) with balcony and 2 up a flight of stairs with partial sea views.

In the basement you will find the most incredible leisure area with a heated pool (32oC), deck, whirlpool and gourmet space with barbecue, hammocks, dining seats and panoramic views of the sea.

At the extreme North of the Island, Lagoinha is a small beach with a cove-like feel, as it is protected by cliffs, which is home to a traditional fishing colony and offers its visitors generally warm and calm waters, as well as stunning views.

Lagoinha beach is ideal for those who want to have peace, stay away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the simplicity of Florianópolis beaches. The region is home to few residential houses, many of them on the beachfront, and few hotel services and utilities. At the same time, it is close to areas that have strong infrastructure to receive tourists.

Hercílio Luz Airport is located in the southern region of the Island, in the Carianos neighborhood, just 45.2 km from Lagoinha do Norte beach. The main Brazilian and Mercosur airlines operate at the airport, including Tam, Gol and Azul. After disembarking, you will need transportation to your destination. You can take a taxi, executive bus or, if you prefer, rent a car, for more mobility, request it with your reservation with the AEA Boutique Travel agency. We make this service available to the travel agency's guests.
