Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away from the crowds. Beach side of Landis Avenue Beautiful unit in the Sandcastle Square Condos. This unit has been upgraded and is very well appointed. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. First bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with a twin bed and a pyramid bunk (double on bottom & twin on top). Deck faces the 44th street side with a view of the ocean and St. Josephs Church. Elevator from foyer to 3rd floor, two stairwells if you prefer steps. Just a short walk to the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and more. The parking area has one assigned parking space for the Unit, and there is ample street parking in the area.
