New Reno w/Heated Pool, Fast WiFi, In/Out Living
Come experience Florida Living at its finest! Coastal Cape Escape has a privately screened-in saltwater pool & jacuzzi with a waterfall feature. The pool and jacuzzi heater can be turned on at the guest's convenience via remote control. We are centrally located in the NE Cape with easy access to Fort Myers and plenty of dining and fun nearby!
Our home has been recently, fully renovated featuring a Coastal Farmhouse design. With a large, screened in lanai and pool, you can experience indoor/outdoor living that Florida is famous for. Splash in the pool, sun bathe on the lounge chairs, or enjoy the heated spa after a fun day out!
We are a husband and wife team allowing someone to be available anytime! Should an issue arise during your stay or perhaps you'd like to know where to have breakfast in the Cape (it's Metro Diner, by the way), contact us by Air BnB message anytime to get a quick response!
Please note that the pool and spa heater is operated by a remote control in the house. We attempt to keep the pool heated in the fall and winter months though because prior guests may opt to turn the heat off, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be heated upon your arrival. We ask our cleaner to ensure the pool is heating after the prior guest checks out and it warms about 1 degree per hour. Also note that this is a residential, electric pool heater that can heat the pool approximately 30 degrees above outside air temperature. Though Florida winters tend to be mild, we occasionally have cold fronts that can bring air temperatures into the 40s and 50s.
House Rules:
1. If the house is extremely dirty after check out, meaning beyond what a courteous guest would leave (for example, more than one load of dirty dishes, dirty walls, excessive staining or dirtying of linens, leaving excessive amounts of trash, etc.), we will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee.
2. All overnight guests must be declared on the reservation with first and last names of all adults. We will charge an additional $40 for any additional overnight guest NOT declared on the reservation or via messaging. If you plan to have additional guests on the property at any time whose names were not provided on the reservation, you must contact us prior to request approval. Violation can lead to the immediate removal of all guests as you will be considered trespassing.
3. This is a self check in property. Please certify that you are able to follow the instructions provided for check in and check out.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside or outside of property. A $200 smoking fee per day will be incurred for any smoking on the premises.
5. If you have a late check out that was not given prior approval, you will be charged a $50 fee for beyond 30 minutes. At 2 hours after check out time, you will be charged for an additional day (base rate without discount). This does not award you an additional day.
6. Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood and be courteous to our neighbors. We request that you be mindful of noise after 10 pm.
7. This is a pet free home. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found on the premises during your stay, this may lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal of all guests. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found during or after check out, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee.
8. An inspection of the property is completed after every guest checks out and before every guest checks in. If accidental damages occur during your stay, please let us know prior to check out and we will do our best to work with you. If damages are found after check out with no prior notice given, we will automatically seek compensation.
9. We do not allow guests to host events at the house. This includes but is not limited to large family gatherings, parties, weddings, etc.
