Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

- Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood so we prefer to rent to families rather than large groups of adults with 8 adults maximum.
- The hot tub, back deck and yard are not to be used between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Guests shall be respectful of neighbors and shall not create unreasonable noise or disturbances per the El Dorado County Code

Our names are Pete and Diana. We are originally from England and have lived in California since 1981. We have always loved visiting Lake Tahoe so decided to buy the property in 2006. We had it completely remodeled from top to bottom and it was important to us to make it as comfortable as our own home in Clayton. We treasure our family weekends with our now grown children and their partners and children, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We hope you do too!

Why Diana Cornish chose Pioneer Trail
We chose this property because we loved the cabin feel and the large open space that lends itself to a large family group. We loved the quiet location given that it is about ten minutes from the lake, Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos.
