Winter Stay

We arrived at this wonderful house just before the March blizzard hit the Lake Tahoe area. The house was perfect for our stay. The house was well stocked and the owners communicated a few times during our 4-day stay to make sure we were doing well. I would recommend the house and hope to rent it again in the summer.

Great family time

What a wonderful vacation we had! The house is perfect! It is furnished with all the necessary items and then some. Pete welcomed us with a call that first evening to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this vacation property!

Clean, quiet, comfortable!

I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old as well as our dog. My extended family was due to join us, but weren't able to last minute. Even if the 4 extra people had been able to stay, this house would have had plenty of room for us. We found the house to be in great condition with plenty of amenities and supplies for us. The yard is fenced, which was convenient with the dog. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and used the hot tub several times. Pete and Diana were very helpful, providing all the information we needed and even allowed us to amend our reservation to extend our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding home

Great home in a lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room for 10 people. Well equipped kitchen. Dog friendly. Would recommend this place for family gatherings. Lots of board games available. Just a short drive to the beach.

Our names are Pete and Diana. We are originally from England and have lived in California since 1981. We have always loved visiting Lake Tahoe so decided to buy the property in 2006. We had it completely remodeled from top to bottom and it was important to us to make it as comfortable as our own home in Clayton. We treasure our family weekends with our now grown children and their partners and children, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We hope you do too!
