Welcome to paradise in the highly desirable area of Bonita Springs! Vacation in luxury at our canal home with gulf access which can accommodate up to a 24' boat. Our updated two bedroom, two bath home sleeps six and is fully-stocked. Relax in the spacious lanai, grill out your favorite meals, kayak in the canal and make lasting memories! Our home is centrally located to all the best beaches, community pools, shops, and restaurants! Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

Two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed provide comfortable sleeping for six people. The primary bedroom/bathroom suite features a king size bed, a new 43-inch flat-screen smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix and Prime Video, access to the lanai, and a private bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a new 43-inch a flat-screen smart TV.

The comfortable living room has a new 65-inch flat-screen smart TV. Enjoy the expansive lanai with a tiki bar, retro mini fridge/freezer, new wicker dining table and chairs, loveseat, lounge chairs, and coffee table. There are two kayaks, life jackets, and paddles for your use in the canal along with sun loungers and a grill in the private fenced-in backyard.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully-stocked with everything you'll need for a home-cooked meal.

Our condo is perfect for someone who wants to relax, but if you're combining a bit of work with your vacation, our high-speed WiFi has speeds that average around 400mps! We want you to feel at home, so we've provided all of the necessities like linens, towels, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.
