In desperate need of maintenance
This could be a very nice place if they would shut it down for a week and do some serious maintenance. While there were a few small things reported that the management team took care of quickly, other things, need serious attention and are not something you want them working on while you're trying to enjoy your time away.
1. Reported-The downstairs bathroom had a bad smell. It was reported and maintenance checked it out. The bowl was busted. We did tell them not to worry with it while we were there, as we didnt require that bathroom.
2. Reported-There are several really weak spots in the dining area as well as one of the bunk rooms. In my opinion they are dangerously soft!
3. Reported-The refridgerator had random fits of beeping-never figured out what the issue with it was.
4. Reported-The microwave wouldnt heat.
5. Not Reported-The wheels on the right side of the bottom rack of the dishwasher are gone, so you have to pick it up to load/unload.
6. Not Reported-The elevator/lift did not work. All of the cable was in a pile at the top.
7. Reported-1TV remote was missing and the other didnt have a battery cover. We did have to have housekeeping provide batteries.
8. Not Reported-The grass needed mowed really badly.
9. Not Reported-The entire exterior needs to be pressured washed! The exterior door and concrete are filthy!
10. Not Reported-Lots of trash in the ditch and yard(coke bottles,chip bags,etc.), however it was extremely windy and storming at check-in.
