This cozy two-story split-level home offers an ideal layout for comfortable living. Enjoy the convenience of two stories with the privacy of separate levels — making it the perfect place for you and your loved ones to call home. Upstairs, you'll find two charming bedrooms with a queen bed. There are AC window units in each room. On the main level, the eat-in kitchen and bright living room feature ample space for hosting family and friends. Right off the living room is a room with a futon that sleeps one. One additional bedroom with a queen-sized bed is conveniently located on the lower level. Located in a quiet neighborhood in East Athens.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby and access to Uber and Lyft.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
