Beautiful home nestled in the heart of Marshall. Close to downtown federal courthouse, ETBU, Christus Hospital and only 20 minutes to Jefferson. Cozy, pet friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for a family getaway or a business trip. Wifi is provided and printer with dedicated workspace and a minimal amount of office supplies. Home has two covered porches to relax and enjoy the breezy mornings and evenings. Fenced in back yard for your fur babies. Roku television in living room. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes and coffee is provided for the Keurig. If you would like creamer just request it when you book and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. Water bottles provided in fridge! Anything we can do to make your stay simple for you and enjoyable just request it and we will do our best to accommodate!

Baseball season

House was nice and close to ETBU which was perfect getting to and from our sons baseball games. Only thing that was disappointing was the listing stated it had a hot tub and water in fridfe and didn't not have either. We would stay there again.

Cute, Comfy, & Cozy

We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Very close to everything we needed - shopping/eating. Super cute, older home that has been tastefully updated and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for last minute Thanksgiving prep. The beds were comfy - lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was chilly, but the heater worked very well! Very quiet area of town. We will definitely rent again when we're back in town.
