A Nice Stay

Communication from the hosts was clear and they answered in a timely manner. The apartment was nice and clean. Would book with them again.

Florida bound stopover

Property was clean and comfortable. Cute studio apartment in a gated complex. Easy access to food, shopping and downtown Huntsville. Our only complaints were microwave could not run longer than 35 sec before blowing the circuit. Circuit breaker has been reset so many times previously it's no longer secure in the box. TP holder ripped off the wall, not a huge issue. Owner was notified through email, but never receiver any acknowledgment.

Will not stay at this property again

First: we arrived and could not get into property, emailed host and they didn’t respond until after I contacted the customer service of VRBO. The host indicated they didn’t know we had a reservation, in which I reserved 2 weeks prior. The apartment had maintenance issues, such as half of the toilet paper hanger hanging on the wall, a hole in the wall behind the toilet and the microwave not working. I continued to get emails from the host hoping I am enjoying my stay even after my email complaining about the condition of the apartment. We left at 7pm at night to return home. The host did email right before we left offering to have some come and fix things. Not sure of the communication between host the VRBO but the customer service person of VRBO was very helpful trying to contact the host.
