Welcome to Pelican Landing, a 2br/2b beach house located one block from the ocean and Nettles Island's own private beach/pool clubhouse. Home has everything needed to make for wonderful beach vacation: bbq, beach towels and chairs, Keurig. Home has all new furnishings, hardwood floors throughout and a stylish and chic open concept design. At Nettles you can also find tennis, pickle ball, hot tubs, multiple pools, weight room, restaurant and shops all within close walking distance.

We live nearby on Hutchinson Island and would love to have our guest experience the crystal blue ocean waters and the serenity of our stylish beach house. Nettles Island resort community has so much to offer-- pools, hot tub, marina, tennis, mini golf and much more. We love being close to downtown Jensen Beach, a sweet little beach community and to neighboring Stuart with its many shops and restaurants. Pelican Landing is truly a gem.
