New beds with anatomical mattresses, new refrigerator and other smaller appliances.
Located in a residential area and right next to the mountain and seafront.
Ideally situated between Porto Rafti and Rafina port gateway to many Greek islands.
East Attica is one of the best places to live very close to Athens international airport.
Our place is away from airways so no noise from the airplanes throughout the whole year is nice and quiet.
Two minutes is the walking distance to convenient O.K. store/super market.
Driving distance of 5 minutes is also the closest beach.
Wonderful cafes and restaurants on the seafront open 365 days a year.
MacArthur Glen designer outlet is 15 minutes drive.
Spata zoo and Attiki odos also 15-20 minutes from our location.

Why they chose this property

We are located in one of the best spots of East Attica. Half way up the mountain, with sea and mountain view, fresh clean air and wonderful horizon overlooking Schoinias, Marathon and Euboia island. We are 25 minutes from Athens airport, 10 minutes from Rafina port, 15 minutes from Spat Designers outlet park. Minutes away from blue flag beaches, seafront cafes, tavernas, restaurants, archaeological sites, sea and mountain activities, all you can ever ask for. About 15 minutes from Attiki Odos easy access to Greece's national motorways to Northern or Southern Greece!

What makes this property unique

We are very fortunate to enjoy both sea and mountain view. Hiking to the mountain just outside the door. Mountain biking too (please ask for rentals, mountain guidance etc). The loft is airy, sunny with open horizon all around. All essentials are provided, if you have special requests we would like to hear from you that we may be able to help!
