When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk out onto the boardwalk from the bottom floor and see who can make it to the water first! Not a fan of the sand? Dolphin Run offers an indoor swimming pool and even an on-site fitness area. No need to get in the car when you're ready to hit the town. Feeling Tip-Sea is within walking distance to everything the boardwalk and the resort area has to offer including tons of restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Stroll down the three mile long boardwalk and take time to visit our famous King Neptune statue on 31st Street. Feeling Tip-Sea has everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! Includes parking for one car. Coin operated washer/dryer available on same floor.
