Direct views of the ocean, private beach, and Catalina island. Watch dolphins and surfers from your living room. Listen to the waves from your bedroom at night. Relax and watch the sunset from your two private oceanfront decks, equipped with BBQ. There is also an office in the home with ocean views, which makes this the perfect place for remote workers. Hiking trails are within walking distance. Beach amenities include volleyball, basketball, paddle tennis, playground, bathrooms, and fire pits. This private community is simple unbelievable!!! Under an hour drive to LAX, downtown Los Angeles, SoFi Stadium, Orange County, or Disneyland. Shopping is very close by. Three one four, two one eight, zero two one four.
