Inside Searenity, you will find an open kitchen and living room floor plan, plus an elevator to make all areas of your vacation home easily accessible. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals for your family. Enjoy them sitting at the expansive bar, or on the back deck gazing at the ocean and the turtles playing in the canal below.

This home has WIFI which makes relaxing in the living room watching your favorite movies and shows convenient after a fun day of outdoor activities. With a front deck facing the beach, and a back deck facing the canal, you will never lack stunning views from the gorgeous home! Downstairs, you will find a very spacious and comfortable outdoor entertaining area. There is a gas grill for your convenience. After a nice meal, you can gather around the firepit and make some s'mores! When the sand and waves start calling, the beach is just a few minutes away. You can walk or drive your vehicle. Cleaning up after a day of playing in the surf and sand is a worry of the past thanks to the outdoor shower downstairs.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
