Located in Condominio das Velas, in the Baia Formosa neighborhood, facing the beach. Only 14 houses in the condominium, which also has: Halls of Parties and Games, besides soccer field lawn. Family environment and 24 hour security. Great for holiday days with friends and family.

Muito melhor que mostram as fotos, tem um charme especial e o condominio é ótimo. A praia é maravilhosa e o staff muto bom. Fernando foi muito cortês e atencioso em todas nossas dúvidas. Com certeza iremos novamente.

Excelente Casa

Excelente casa, muito bem localizada em um condomínio seguro e na beira da praia. A casa é espaçosa e bem cuidada. Todos os quartos são novos e possuem ar condicionado em perfeito funcionamento. O ponto alto da casa é a área de churrasco, piscina e sauna. A praia onde está localizado o condomínio é bem tranquila, sendo recomendada para quem tem crianças. A único porém é a faixa de areia da praia que é muito pequena. Recomendo esta casa e o condomínio. Será nosso primeira opção em caso de retorno à cidade de Búzios.
