This spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features two large bedrooms with one being a very large and gracious master suite with double wall length closets, a king size bed and a massive bathroom with a giant, walk in shower and 2 spacious vanities. There are jaw dropping mountain views from literally every window and angle of this home! Some of the best views in this club and valley!

The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master a queen bed in the second guest room and a queen size pullout sofa bed. The home has recently been updated with some fresh furniture and new decor so as great as it looks now, it is even better and updated photos will be coming soon.

The kitchen is amazing and completely set up! Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and the master suite and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the roomy patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 new bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf?
