This cozy property sits steps from Rockville Town Center and .5 mile to Rockville metro station. Over 30 restaurants and bars of all varieties within walking distance. A grocery store within 1 block. Easy access to I-270. Home is pet friendly 🐶. No parties , large gatherings or loud noise after 9pm any day of the week
The space
The Rockville Courthouse Club is a cozy private row home with 2 bedrooms , living room and breakfast nook. The kitchen is compact and does not have a traditional stove oven. We provide a single induction stove top burner , Brita water filtration, compact oven/air fryer and a Nuwave Oven for cooking. To enter the property there is a sidewalk that is shared with a joining property. The backyard is fenced in with a sreened in patio and completely private. No parties, large gatherings or loud noise after 9 pm any day of the week

House has a flat shared front yard with sidewalk and no steps. One step up access into front door
Other things to note
House has all new A/C , furnace and water heater. Recently replaced main water line to house so water pressure is excellent!
