Upon entering the home you will be graced with charm and natural light.
You will be welcomed by the newly renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. There is a also a newly renovated half bath on the main floor.
Living area includes a 65” smart TV with sound system.
The enclosed sun porch includes access to an elliptical trainer and exercise equipment (e.g. in chest: free weights, kettle bell, foam roller and jump ropes).
This home is a 10-minute drive to downtown New Haven/Yale, a short drive to Cosey Beach, 5-minute drive to Tweed Airport, and a short walk to the center town for restaurants/bars/convenience stores/pharmacies.

Wonderful experience. The home was extremely comfortable, the host’s communication was great. Definitely will rent the home again on my next visit to East Haven
