Other things to note
For any stay longer than 7 nights, an additional pet fee will be assessed on a daily basis. 1 pet=$10 a day/ 2 pets=$15 a day

As well, for all stays, there will be a $75 refundable pet deposit taken, if no damage caused by pets, it will gladly be returned.

$500 fee assessed for any evidence
of indoor smoking

Unless otherwise discussed, absolutely no parties or events allowed and a $250-$750 fee will be assessed for any evidence of such.
