This home on Lake Coronado is so Beautiful and Relaxing! Enjoy two Spacious levels, and an Arkansas Room with comfortable seating to enjoy the Views. An Upper Deck and a Lower Level Patio provide plenty of outdoor seating to really enjoy the peaceful environment. The Boat Dock and swimming area will bring hours of summer fun and relaxation! With 4 Bedrooms (Brand New Mattresses) and 3 Bathrooms, each with a walk in shower, accommodating your large group will be no problem. The bright kitchen will make cooking a fun adventure and the Lovely dining room offers plenty of room for mealtimes or playing a game! A Kayak and Life jackets are available for your use! Cornhole, Dart Board and Board Games available for play! Whatever your plans, this Welcoming home is a great place to start!

The upper fireplace is not available for use, but the Electric one downstairs can be used!

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy all of the amenities that Hot Springs Village has to offer including over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, 11 gorgeous lakes, 9 golf courses and so much more!

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours

Outdoor Pool : One Day

Kayak/SUP at Desoto Marina: : One Hour
