Our comfortable two-story home features three bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and productive stay. Two bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor along with one full shared bathroom. One bedroom is downstairs also with a full ensuite bathroom.
There are two (2) bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds, plenty of natural light, bedside tables with lights and built-in charger for all your device charging needs. Both rooms also offer ample storage space for your belongings in the accessible closet. One of the bedrooms is on the 1st floor with an ensuite bath and the other is on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with a full-size bed and twin bed above, bedside table with a light and built-in charger for all your device charging needs. This room also offers ample storage space for your belongings in the accessible closet.

The open-concept layout of the common areas makes it easy to feel like part of the action no matter where you are on either floor. The fully equipped kitchen on the first floor is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making it easy for you to cook a wonderful family meal as if you were at home during your stay.
The kitchen has a combo drip and k-cup coffee machine for those coffee enthusiasts. There are k-cups provided to get you through the first morning or bring your own coffee and use the drip component of the coffee machine.
Whether you're enjoying a family dinner or a casual meal with friends, the indoor dining table that seats all six (6) is the perfect spot to gather and share a meal. If you prefer to dine al fresco, step through the double doors onto the 1st floor deck where you'll find a table for 6 plus the propane BBQ.
The living room on the 2nd floor is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the Poconos. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or enjoy a break from screen time with a good book. Behind the living room sofa, you will find a dart board, air hockey table and a kitchenette with a wine refrigerator!

HOA Information- This house provides guests with access to the wonderful amenities of the Pocono Country Place HOA. The HOA guest fee is $50 with all guest information being submitted to the HOA at least 48 hours before check-in. Within 48 hours the HOA charges $75. At booking we will send you a link to provide your information and we will submit it to the HOA and pay the fee on your behalf. After check-in we will request the HOA fee reimbursement from you.

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our Neighbors. If noise gets above 80 decibels, you will be asked to keep the noise at a level that won't affect the neighbors.
