About this property

Everything is newly remodeled in bright Palm Springs colors to give you that perfect desert luxury retreat!
For stays of 28 nights or more, we require a $900 deposit for utilities per month. The owner pays for internet; trash; water; pool service; and Gardner
There is no additional charge for heating the spa, but you are limited to use it for about an hour each day.
Any violation of the no-smoking rule will result in a $500 fee.

Guest must be minimum 25 years old to sign the rental contract.
The City of Palm Springs has a very strict noise/amplified music ordinance for vacation rentals outdoors and indoors. If a complaint is received between 8:00 am and 10:00pm and a compliance officer is dispatched to the property, the contracted tenant may be fined $1000.
The tenants will have to follow the house rules in which will provided up on check in.
All adult guests must sign the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations upon arrival.
Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all the time or when they are confined to the property space(when NOT at HOME).
