As you enter into the home you walk into the living/family room, then straight ahead is the sliding door that leads to the outdoor pool area. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a den with a bed. Kailua Beach is a 2 in walk down the street. Just installed Split unit Air Conditioning for all rooms/area! There is 1 exterior camera on the property pointing towards the carport for security and safety reasons. after the 6th guest there is a extra person fee of $100 per night per-person.
