Ill start with the good: the hosts are responsive they offered me a partial refund because my experience wasn't that great and its close to downtown Detroit. Now the not so good: The place was dirty and dusty with hair in the bathtub, broken tiles on the stairs posed a serious slip/fall hazard, the shrubs and lawn were so unkept that you couldnt use the walkway. Upon arriving to the venue, we were geeeted with a musty scent mixed with the smell of plug ins. The queen bed cover was stained. The futon was broken and the king sized bed was so old and worn out that wherever I tried to lay the end result was that I wound up sunken into the middle like a hotdog in a bun. The back yard was unuseable. Several of my guests chose to stay elsewhere. Lastly, I was promised a late checkout but the host reneged on that promise because the had another booking scheduled for that day.

The property was not as listed. It is worn down and dirty. A couch in the bunk room is broken. It smelled of marijuana and there were gashes in every wall that we reviewed. There is a no cancellation policy or refund policy if you are unhappy with it. They have you fill out a questionnaire within thirty minutes of your arrival and take photos of every room and upload it to the form, it also asks for you to look for recording devices or cameras in every room. I did not feel comfortable staying in the home due to its condition so we did not stay. We were out our money due to the no cancellation/refund policy. I would not choose this property in the future.

Family Reunion

Family reunion in Belleville and needed a last min stay It was great bedroom space They even extended our check out until 3pmThat was perfect timing We definitely would stay again
