Wow...what I can I say. This is the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot throughout the years. The pictures don't do it justice...it's much better in person. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and was immaculate. The beds are so comfortable. I cannot stress enough how the home is absolutely stunning throughout and the layout was perfect for our party. The location and neighborhood couldn't have been better. It's very accessible to beach access, Seaside town, restaurants etc. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The absolute best part of the home is the screened in porch in the back of the home. The bed swing is so relaxing and comfortable...I don't know how i will ever rent a home without one again. I love that the property backed up to a green area so could enjoy the sounds of nature etc while enjoying coffee, wine etc on the back porch. We spent SO much time out there. We were able to use the bikes and beach chairs throughout the week. And I cannot say enough about Bryan. He was so communicative and helpful throughout the process. Our arrival time was the middle of the night and he made sure that we got into the home OK and had the lights on for us. He checked on us a couple times and provided restaurant recommendations etc. If you are thinking about this home...don't hesitate. We cannot wait to stay in Be Somebody again.

Large, Luxury Home in Great Location

We stayed in this property in August 2022 with our adult kids and grandchildren. First, let me tell you how wonderful the home was! It was enormous, beautifully decorated, and easily accommodated 7 adult and three children. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. Downstairs there were three bedrooms (one of them the master) with three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms were en suite. The upstairs had another master and a bunk room. It was beautifully decorated, but comfortable and suitable for families with children. There is also a phenomenal screened in porch outback and a beautiful porch out front. The open floor plan had plenty of living and dining room seating. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. There was also a full sized laundry room. The neighborhood was gorgeous with a swimming pool nearby. There were a couple of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away. Brian, the host was awesome and very, very accessible. There was enough parking for three cars. There were bikes in the shed in the bike, but honestly everything was so convenient we never used them. We loved this place and will stay here again. If you love the 30 A area this is a perfect location

Great Family Vacation Spot

The home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious! The location is great- just a few minutes to walk to the beach, pools and tennis courts. The neighborhood is quiet and feels secluded, but you are so close to all the action on 30A. The owner was so kind and responsive! We will definitely be returning!

The Lap Of Luxury

We come to 30A every year and we usually pick a different house each stay, but we will DEFINITELY be coming back to this one. It's perfect - there is SO much space and it's probably the most beautifully decorated home we've stayed in! So chic and detailed! It's like living in a magazine! There are lots of magical touches - from the custom bunkbeds with a rope to climb to the top to the beautiful southern porch and swing bed. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets! And the kitchen is VERY well stocked - they even have beautiful serving platters and bowls if you wanted to host a dinner one night. Plenty of spices/oil, etc. Every pan, pot and kitchen tool you'll need. You definitely feel like you're staying in a friend's vacation home instead of a short term rental. I can't say enough good things. We rented a golf cart for the week, but you truly don't need it - it's right by the beach and tons of restaurants are within walking distance. Also, Bryan was such a great host - he made checkin easy and was easy to reach! So nice! You won't regret staying here!

lovely home

This is a lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood, with very easy access to the beach. 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. A few good places to eat in walking distance and several more a short ride away. Beach chairs at the house are nice, along with all you need (besides permit) to have a fire on the beach. House is clean, comfortable and well appointed.
