Brand New, 5 bedroom, 4 bath house steps from Playa Grande beach w covered deck

Welcome to your private oasis near Playa Grande beach in Guanacaste, Costa Rica! This *NEW* beautiful home is located just a 5 - 8 minute walk to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind (sunsets at our beach are stunning btw)! The house is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a two bedroom casita just steps away (note: inquire about any combination or rooms). The bedrooms have brand new mattresses, plenty of linens and each has individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The master has a king bed, the first room has a queen and the second room has a queen with two bunk beds. Both casita studios are equipped with queen beds, mini-fridges, microwave ovens and their own utensils. All bathrooms are modern, well-maintained with plenty of towels. Base rate is for the main house with 6 guests, but up to 12 are possible.

The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating, a smart flat-screen TV (with Roku stick) and an amazing 6-speaker Sonos sound system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Chose from four seats at the kitchen island or a 10-person outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends.

There is a laundry room on-site with brand new washing machine, dryer and sink, if you need to refresh your wardrobe during your stay.

The outdoor area is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful Costa Rican weather. There’s a large covered patio area for breathwork or yoga (mats provided) and the house also has a private pool where you can take a refreshing dip. Or take one of our four boogie boards down to the ocean and catch a few waves to start your day! Surf boards are coming soon, but can be rented just 300 meters away.

This home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, making it the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants, surf shops, a tennis club and other attractions.

Custom artwork on the meditation deck and throughout the house take relaxation and meditation to a new level.
