Relax in your own private oasis! You have private access through the side gate on the property that leads to the beautiful French doors of the bedroom! The Relaxing Hot Tub and patio space is ONLY for you and any guests.

This unit is locked off to the main house and pool completely (no access to main home) to ensure privacy.

Cozy KING bed with TV, Mini Fridge, Microwave, spacious walk in closet and lovely full bathroom with walk in shower! This oasis is ideal for someone traveling for business, vacation, or a private getaway!

We stayed two nights at Private Guest Suite W/ Hot Tub as we passed through Phoenix. Everything was as the host stated and the room met our expectations. It was very clean, quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. Traffic was minimal so street parking was not a problem. We appreciated the host was responsive and efficient in our communications. There are no kitchen facilities so plan to eat out or eat lighter microwavable fare. We were visiting family so cooking was not an issue. The bed was so comfortable, not too soft or too hard! We used the hot tub one evening and it also was excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Private suite
Sweet little private suite that was easy in and out. Just a few suggestions as there is no control for temperture for the suite. Invest in a separate temperture system with guidelines. Disclose there is a quiet time in ad. We tried to respect that as the suite is part of the house but we visited family and knew we would have late nights. Overall it was a nice and pleasant set up rental. Host was very sweet and communicated well!
