Entire 2nd Floor of Historic Building - 4 Unique Apartments, Perfect for Couples

Perfect for groups of couples who want to travel together but still want private spaces! You'll have the entire second floor of the historic, renovated Evanston building in downtown Hot Springs, an easy walk to Moccasin Springs, Evans Plunge, restaurants, and shopping!

- All FOUR suites (Suites 1-4) included in this reservation.
- Each suite features full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living, and dining. Complimentary shared laundry available down the hall.
- Rental is for entire floor; no other guests will be present during your stay.
- No cleaning fee!

Each suite is uniquely decorated in its own style and is fully furnished with everything you need, including all linens, cookware, plates, coffee, etc. We consistently hear from guests that this is one of the nicest places they've ever stayed!

Suite 4 has plenty of room for your entire group to gather. Just ask us if you plan to eat in as a group and we'll provide an extra dining table.

Please note that all suites are located on the second floor, about 30 steps up. (These old buildings are tall!) There is no elevator.

We are Jeremy and Carrie Isaac, owners and hosts at The Evanston Suites. Our five kids help us operate The Evanston, and we love the quiet pace of life in Hot Springs.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with The Evanston building and its location in the heart of Hot Springs' historic downtown district with its beautiful sandstone buildings.

We love being able to walk to restaurants and many attractions from our building or hop in the car for a quick drive to swim in Cold Brook Lake, Angostura, or Cascade Falls.

What makes this property unique

The Evanston was built in 1905 and lovingly restored in 2021. Each of our suites is decorated in its own unique style and named after a character who has a story connected to the building's history.
