★ For a comfortable night's sleep, our home is furnished with one king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed with one full and two twin beds. We also have two couches which are big enough to sleep on. Our mattresses are super soft and comfy and we provide 100% cotton sheets.

★ In the kitchen you'll find appliances like an oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and freezer, water filter, rice cooker, and more

★ We have cooking and serving supplies like pots and pans, plates and bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, a French press coffee maker, and many more

★ In the living room we have a big TV and recliner couches, so you can put your feet up and relax!

★ We provide the essentials like towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blow dryer, etc

★ Outside, you'll find our driveway with parking for 3 cars. We also have additional street parking — not guaranteed

You will have full private access to the home and the pool+patio area.

Out of respect to our neighbors and to local laws, we don't allow parties or events, or anything like that. We ask that you keep all noise to a minimum after 10PM.
We allow pets for a fee of $150 per pet. We require that you contact us before booking if you are bringing a pet, since some types of pets are restricted by local laws and/or insurance.
