"Awol 30A" - Private Beach Home in Seacrest Beach. Reservation includes Beach Chairs, Beach Cart and Bikes! NEW 3 Night Minimum in Summer

Introducing "Awol 30A," a brand new vacation rental recently completed January 2024 by Holiday Beach Development. This stunning 30A vacation home is nestled in a private, gated community with private beach access through a boardwalk. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this spacious property can accommodate up to 20 guests. Professional photos coming soon!

Luxury meets comfort on the first floor with the main living area, dining table (seats 10 guests) and large kitchen space. The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen is designed to host large gatherings looking to cook together with its 6 burner stove, large griddle, double oven and oversized kitchen island - seats up to 7 guests! There's also a coffee and wine bar with drip coffee maker and dedicated wine chiller. With a full sized refrigerator and freezer, beverage refrigerators and ice maker, this kitchen space has everything you need for your stay. Located off the main living area is the furnished pool deck with 20 x 12 private heated pool & hot tub. A half bathroom and the first laundry room with washer/dryer set is located on the first floor as well.

Up on the second floor, you'll find a cozy book nook with books available for guest use. Next, you'll discover four bedrooms each with stunning views of Camp Creek Lake. The first two bedrooms are large king rooms with private en-suites with walk-in showers and a stylish multi-bunk room with two queen/queen bunks and a twin/twin bunk (sleeps 10 total!) with private en-suite featuring a shower/tub combo. Saving the best for last, a grand master suite with private walkout balcony with amazing views and a spacious, private en-suite with double vanities, private walk-in shower and soaking tub graces this floor. The second laundry room with washer/dryer set is located on this floor as well.

Traveling up to the 3rd and final floor, there is an open concept living space designed for entertainment with two 60" platform TVs, a wet bar and round table perfect for playing games. The final bedroom, a large king room with a designated office space (complete with desk and chair) and private walkout balcony access overlooking the lake, is located on this floor as well as a full bathroom with walk-in shower accessible from the hallway. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found with the queen sleeper sofa located in the living space.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.

Your pool is heated! It has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

The Beach! This home is located in a private, gated community with private beach access by boardwalk and is equipped with a beach cart to make the trip the the beach even easier! The boardwalk is located just a short 5 minute walk from the house.

"Awol 30A" comes with a beach cart, 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes with your reservation!

"Awol 30A" requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2024:
Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday)

2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
