Outdated inside/dirty

Neighborhood is nice Inside home is outdated and dirty. Needs deep cleaning, spider webs in corners, stains in carpets and bedding, dirty walls and doors, kitchen counters sticky and stove is dirty, house had a mildew smell, towels folded up damp. One of the beds frame was broken and held up by a shoe box. We had to purchase cleaning products to sanitize and feel clean.
