Located between Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles, the charming abode is available to stay with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with dining space, and a living room. It's located on a hill with amazing views of the SGV mountains and the city lights of Los Angeles. This listing has its own private entrance & self-check-in keypad, making it a private sanctuary that feels like an extension of your home. There is a dryer & washer a few steps away that is open to guests for an additional fee.
Listing. This listing is only to rent out one of the 2 bedrooms which is great for solo travelers. Therefore, you may be sharing the common living spaces (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) with another guest if the other room is booked. Occasionally, the host will come in to make sure light cleaning is performed in these common spaces.
Entrance. The entrance is a private gated entrance to the right of the house where you will take a few steps down to the charming abode. A self-check-in keypad is located at the door, where the code will be provided to you at the time of check-in. Upon entering, the charming abode is, as its name sounds, charming!
View. The unique attraction of this listing is the view of the San Gabriel Valley Mountains and the city lights of Los Angeles right outside of your window. Grab your morning coffee and tea and take it all in.

Location. We're conveniently located between four major freeways (710, 110, 101, and 10) that can easily get you anywhere in Southern California in all directions. Within 15 minutes of us are major destinations such as Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena Rosebowl Stadium, CalTech, CSU Los Angeles, Old Town Pasadena, and many more. We're also surrounded by gourmet restaurants, authentic Mexican and Southeast Asian eateries, speakeasies, and rooftop bars for the night out! If you're a major foodie, you'll enjoy the food market hall down the street from us!
The guest will have access to common areas such as the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. We ask our guests to be kind, courteous, and respectful of others.
Since this listing rents out the entire apartment, the guest will have uninterrupted private access to the entire stay.
Guests should be mindful of noise levels and volume as we like to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests should also note that we're strict on check-in times to be mindful of other guests.

We're in between 4 freeways that lead in all directions: 210, 110, 10, 710. The location is convenient to drive around and explore Southern California! We're also located on a suburban street with an ample amount of street parking with no parking restrictions. Some parts of the city do not allow overnight parking.
What makes this property unique
The neighborhood sits on top of the hill, and you will oftentimes find people walking their dogs or jogging. It's a 15-minute epicenter between charming cities like Pasadena where you can shop at Old Town Pasadena and enjoy endless options on South Lake Avenue.
