Amazing property overlooking Boulder Creek. A short drive to town and about a 1.5 mile to Pearl Street Mall!
Perfect location, nice place
If you are looking for a convenient getaway in Boulder, this is a great spot! loved being able to walk across the street to the boulder creek path, short walk to great hiking trails, one mile to pearl street. Barry was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.
Nice but very loud
The home was nice enough but located in a very loud area of the cayon, lots of trafic. Also, it smelled of tobacco smoke throughout the house. There was a renovation done to it which looks good but I think that the price is high for the overall quality. The host was responsive when I told him about the tobacco smoke but only suggested that I open the windows.
Great house in the hills just outside of Boulder
We really enjoyed our stay at this nice little house up on the mountainside. Perfect for a couple. It is both minutes away from everything that is great about Boulder and yet has the feel of being further away in the mountains. Right outside Eben G Fine park you have trails to walk on that bring you into boulder with a short walk to Pearl street, shops, restaurants and fun. There's some hustle and bustle on the road and the park entrance, but you are perched fairly high above it so that you still have a great amount of privacy. We loved it. Barry was awesome to deal with, easily reachable and helped us out with a scheduling jam at the last minute. Way above what might be expected. Definately a recomend if you want to explore Boulder and the surrounding mountains.
Great setting and nice house.
All was great except for the sofa bed (pretty uncomfortable) and need for warmer bedding (comforters), especially for the sofa bed! Also , there were no dish towels or sponge for dish washing. We couldn’t locate recycle bin. Otherwise we really liked the house and would stay there again! Thank you.
Enjoyed the stay, everything as expected. Enjoyed the views.
