About this property

Casa de la Vida: 3 Bedroom Home in North Park

This 3 bedroom home is located in one of the best hidden gem communities of San Diego. Being just off Adams Avenue, it is only a stones throw away from many of North Parks best restaurants, bars and shops.

We have fully stocked our kitchen and designed this home to allow families and friends to feel like they are exploring from the comfort of their own home. Additionally, we have set up an inviting outdoor space for guests looking to BBQ and spend time outdoors in Sunny San Diego.
Absolutely no parties. This is a quiet neighborhood and we will cancel guest reservations/charge fines if guests break house rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, the outdoor area is not to be used between 10pm and 8am.
We are typically readily available between 7:30am and 8:30pm. We do our best to respond during off hours, but delays in responses may occur. Check in is contactless. We are usually around if guests need support!
North Park is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood in San Diego, California, known for its historic heart and a bustling cultural scene. Adams Avenue is one of the key thoroughfares in this area, running east to west, and it has become synonymous with North Park's revival and cultural flair.

This street is lined with a variety of businesses that showcase the neighborhood's eclectic and independent spirit. Visitors and locals alike frequent the trendy boutiques, vintage clothing shops, independent bookstores, and art galleries that make this area a hub of creativity and commerce.

Adams Avenue is also well-known for its culinary offerings, with a multitude of restaurants, cafes, and bars serving everything from craft coffee and local brews to international cuisine. The avenue often hosts street fairs and festivals, including the famous Adams Avenue Street Fair, which is a weekend-long celebration of music, arts, and food that attracts visitors from across the region.

The architecture along Adams Avenue in North Park is a mix of classic Californian styles, with Craftsman and Spanish Revival homes and buildings that speak to the area's early-20th-century origins. The area has a walkable and bike-friendly atmosphere, and it's not uncommon to see people out and about, enjoying the Southern California weather and the neighborhood's offerings.

North Park, and Adams Avenue in particular, represent a slice of San Diego where community, culture, and a progressive lifestyle converge, making it a popular destination for those looking to experience the city's local flair.
The whole home is yours. We have two parking spaces allocated for guest use. The outdoor area is semi-shared with two apartments in the back, but the picnic table, BBQ, fire pit and chairs are reserved for our guests.
This spacious home is arranged with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third that has two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. For coffee enthusiasts, a Keurig machine is ready with pods in the kitchen.

The space includes a living area with a smart TV set up with Roku, alongside a dining area that seats six. Outdoors, there's a private section for guests featuring a propane fire pit and BBQ grill, within the larger, shared neighbor space. Outdoor seating is plentiful, highlighted by a picnic bench.
Although we would recommend bringing a car or planning to Uber to the many different hotspots of San Diego, this home is walkable to many great restaurants and shops.

We have two parking spaces designated to you and your group! Street parking can be challenging, but there is free street parking in the area.
