There is a sunroom in the rear of the condo that features a sleep sofa and nice views of the bay and awesome sunsets. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, oceanfront sun deck, onsite parking, outside shower, easy beach access and elevators. Shopping, restaurants and more are all a short walk away.
