About this property

Hello traveling professionals. Are you looking for a place all of your own? I have a one bedroom (queen sized bed), one bath apartment newly furnished with everything. For medical professionals, this unit is located about five minutes from each hospital. The three hospitals are Renown, St. Mary’s, and the VA hospital. This unit is in an excellent location in Midtown Reno. It is close to restaurants and bakeries, food co-op, Two Chicks coffee shop, wine bars, etc. The unit has central heat and air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also has off-street assigned parking. I currently have five different units that I rent out to traveling nurses, but only this one is available at this time. This is a no smoking, no pet unit. TV, Wi-Fi, gas and electric are include.
