O apartamento aparentemente nas fotos dão impressão de ser maior ! Eu não axo que o ap e para 12 pessoas e sim no máximo 8 para ficar bem acomodados ! O ap e bom parte de cima e legal, cozinha falta algumas coisas ! O ar de cima poderia arrumar tb ! O pessoal da portaria são muito gente boa ! Conheci todos e gostei ! No geral foi bom ! Nota 3,5
