This very clean & spacious 1 bed, 2 bath condo includes granite countertops, tile throughout and a large balcony to soak in the scenery. Sleep in luxury with a King bed in the master bedroom as well as a brand new luxury dynasty, Tempur-Pedic Queen pull out couch mattress in the living room. This condo features cool AC, a spacious living area with flatscreen TVs, and a full kitchen equipped with everything you may need. Sit out on the balcony in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the ocean (Gulf of Mexico). After a full day of fun, sit out in the front to watch the spectacular sun sets over the Laguna Madre Bay
We provide "starter kits" like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, ,shampoo/conditioner/body wash to get you started. Wagon with beach chairs provided too!! Find your perfect beach oasis when you stay at this modern South Padre Island vacation rental!

The grounds have 24 hour security, 3 pools, tennis courts, a poolside bar, and lots of parking. Easy access to the condo from the parking lot and 2 elevators. Onsite laundry facility too!! Perfect for children, families LOVE!
*Refundable damage deposit of $500 held on all bookings 3 days before check-in. Renters will not receive welcome letter with access codes without deposit.
