Yardwork

The house inside was immaculate and pictures online were very accurate. The yard outside was not upkept very well and around the pool area needed a good cleaning and sweeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just would recommend more upkeep on the weeds outback.

Wonderful stay!

Cute house, well stocked and conveniently located to all the necessary things. We went for the Youth Summit in Tampa. Pool was just icing on the cake. Kept the kids happy and allowed them to take their minds off of cheer. Visited Clearwater Beach just 40ish minutes away. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were also nicely updated. Neighborhood was quiet. Overall, it made for a great stay! Hope to visit again in the future. Host was very responsive and pleasant just as you’d hope for!

PERFECT cozy house! Quiet neighborhood!

I wasn't too sure about the neighborhood when I pulled up because it didn't look as nice as our house did but after staying there a week, it was nice and quiet!!! The house was in perfect shape. Lots of space. Clean. Walmart was only a mile down the road. Publix and other places only a half mile more at best. The only con I'd say is that we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't heated. Water was too cold for even a 80 degree day. We got the rental exclusively for that. But it was February, oh well. Host was very nice and communicative! We would stay here again if we visit the area.

In Town for Football Tournament

Had a great weekend, house was super clean and nicely updated. Loved the bonus room with fooseball!!! Pretty centrally located to everything. Will definitely book again when I’m town.
