This exceptional oceanfront home is located in North Litchfield which is an area known for its quiet beaches and wonderful, nearby bike path. Home features two comfortable living rooms, spacious wrap around screened porch, large kitchen, central H/VAC, cable TV, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wet bar w/ice maker, den, outside shower, deck, plus boardwalk to the beach.Bedding consists of 3 Queens, 2 Doubles, and 5 Twins.Downstairs has one queen bedroom with private bath and the second bedroom downstairs has two doubles and a private bath. Upstairs you have two separate bathrooms shared by four bedrooms which consist of bedroom one with 2 twins, bedroom two with 2 twins, bedroom three has 1 queen bed and bedroom four has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed as well.Please Note: Smith House requires Saturday to Saturday rentals.
