Great location, nice yard/patio and roomy bedrooms. Austin was quick with responses and the house was very clean.

Woderful house

The house was spacious and clean overall. It had everything the family needed for daily living. The manager was helpful even at late hours. It's a place I would like to visit again.

Beautiful, Clean, and Spacious Vacation Home Away From Home

This beautiful, clean and spacious home was perfect for our family. The location was central to drive to Hilo, the Hawaii National Park and Akaka Fall areas. At the end of the day, we sat on the back lanai, relaxed and enjoyed serenity of property. There were a beautiful grill available. * Beds were comfortable. *Washer and dryer was a plus to have. *Ceiling fans in every room was great. Suggestion - Have remote for each ceiling fan to control speed in each room. Maybe mount each remote near the light switch and label them *Suggetion - Label light and fan swiches. * Kitchen and Livingroom - Spacious with high ceiling. *Office - Wifi was awesome to have and accessible. We ENJOYED playing the human size CONNECT 4. There were boogie boards and ice chest available. Austin was a WONDERFUL HOST responded quickly to our inquires. Myself and my family have lived in Hawaiian Paradise Park since moving here in 2008. The climate is moderate. It's close enough to Hilo to be convenient.

What makes this property unique

This is a spacious home with indoor play area (a family room), a nice back yard with covered lanai, mood lighting at night and a barbecuer. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. Indoor laundry room.
