This is a wonderful historic home! Recently remodeled, lots of space, sleeps 10 people. Classey, rich, has all you need. Close to the highway, sports stadiums, the Independence Square, downtown KC, etc. It is a large 2000 sq ft, but your group needs even more space you can book Hedges Z, the right side and have room for another 6-8 people.

Great stay

Only issue was they were still cleaning when we got there and we had to take towels out of dryer and fold ourselves then they left dirty linens by washer that needed to be washed. We pay an extra fee for cleaning and had to do that. Not a big issue but why pay if it's not ready.

Amazing home!!

This home was superb!! It was so spacious, up to date, amazing decor, appliances new and the Keurig was a hit for me! We love coffee! Would stay again for sure.

Cute Rental in Independance, MO

Very nice home, good location for driving to T-Mobile every day for Wrestling Event. Clean and pretty much totally renovated. Property Manager and Owner very nice and responsive.
