Inaccurate Address

My spouse and I booked this property for the holidays and had a negative, unsafe experience. The address was incorrectly listed on Vrbo so we went to the wrong house and while looking for the lockbox were angrily greeted by its residents. A man threatened my partner and said "You are lucky I didn't shoot you." We tried to contract the host with limited response and only heard back once we got Vrbo customer services involved. We were finally provided the correct address, but due to safety concerns we did not stay there. We are fighting for a refund now.
