The Space:
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2100sq ft home, located in the highly desired lake Forest neighborhood, North Ocean Springs. This lovely home boast an enormouos master bedroom and en suite with soaking garden tub and separate stand up shower, huge walk in closets, formal dining, breakfast room- off kitchen and two guest room. This home was newly constructed in 2012. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and memory foam mattress, the guest rooms are furnished with queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The living area is furnished with large sectional Hurwitz Mintz. The home could sleep a total of 6 people. We also offer a top of the line, self inflating air mattress for additional guest.
The formal dining table seats 4 and the breakfast table seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cookinh utensils, Keirug Cofee machine and ice maker. All appliances included as well. Home is equipped with all linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap and landry soap. Home also has a washer/dryer and two care garage! Pack N Play Crib and Highchair also available upon request.
