Disappointed

Needs updating. Stove is old. Curtain on sliding door broken. Silverware drawer broken. Rugs need replacing. Full size bed felt like it was going to collapse. Refrigerator and microwave were good. Doors on closets wanted to fall off tracks. Mattress pads need replacing they were gross.

Great View!

Great View and location, that is pretty much why we picked it. Yes the carpets have a few stains, and the overall place is a little dated, but it was clean and cold. We were down the week of 95+ degrees and the AC units appeared to be newer and kept the unit cool and hardly ran. We did not use the kitchen at all but it appeared the dishwasher was newer as well. Would rent again.

The view is worth everything

There were some minor repairs that needed to be done but overall it was absolutely wonderful and the closeness to the beach was fantastic couldn’t have asked for more we booked for next year already!

fantastic location, great access to beach, food nearby, the view is amazing. this is a no frills very basic unit. but it's clean and decently stocked. could use some tools for eating crab though.

Excellent location/unit needs updating badly!

The unit was in serious need of updating. The carpets are stained. The dishwasher didn't work. The stove was very old and the tub was atrocious! Way back in the day, someone put sticky fish on the tub and now they are ruined and the tub has evidence of the mess that it made. The sofa bed is awful and not at all comfortable. Outside of the unit, however, is beautifully maintained and it is in a gorgeous location just steps from the very nice and clean beach! The elevator was very clean and very helpful for our handicapped occupant! I'd certainly consider staying again only if updates were made to the unit itself.
