We are pet friendly with gated yard and decks. Our cottage provides a relaxing getaway with the ocean directly across the street.

The space
Enjoy our charming second row getaway directly across from the N Topsail beach access! Our 1982 beach cottage is ready to host your new favorite memories. The sunrises, sunsets, star gazing and 24/7 crashing waves can’t be beat!

Living Room - With room to seat five comfortably the living room plays home to a tufted grey sofa and leather cigar chair, 55 inch 4K smart TV, Sonos sound bar and 180 degree views! Use the Sonos Beam to stream your tunes or enjoy one of our many board games!

Kitchen – Stocked and ready to prep everything from a round of cocktails to Thanksgiving dinner. Hidden away in the cabinets you’ll find all the comforts of your home kitchen plus a waffle maker, oversized electric skillet, family sized indoor grill, and a Ninja blender for those beach margaritas! Grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig, or drip coffee maker, or steep a pot of tea in the kettle.

Master - Relax on the signature sleep queen size bed with bamboo pillows. Settle in comfortably with plenty of storage, a 50 inch smart tv, and remote controlled lighting. Your on-suite bath provides additional storage, stand up shower/tub and rainfall shower head with built in Bluetooth speakers.

Guest Bedroom - Our guest room features two twin memory foam, signature sleep bunk beds with bamboo pillows as well. There is also a single trundle that can pull out under the bunk bed. The closet provides plenty of storage and the 50 inch smart tv means you’ll be able to catch up on all your favorite shows. With room to spare this room can easily host an air mattress for extra guests. Your on-suite bath provides additional storage, stand up shower/tub and rainfall shower head with built in Bluetooth speakers.

Outside - Venture around the cottage exterior to find the wrap around deck and brand new sunset viewing platform, roomy outdoor shower, grilling station and fully fenced yard. The driveway easily fits three full size vehicles. Under the house you’ll also find a large screened dining lounge.

Extras! - wireless network, the full Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings book series, easy to use Nest thermostat, 6 port lighting charging stations in every room.

Beach Items - downstairs there are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 4 boogie boards and a beach wagon.

Pets - Bringing Fido? Our home is equipped with built in gates to block off the deck (just open the front door and let him run down to the yard!). There is also a doggie bag station under the house on a post. Please also toss the provided blanket on the couch before letting Fido up for a snuggle. Pet fees are $150 per pet. An invoice will be sent separately via after reservation/before check in.

Trip insurance: Life happens, and mother nature is unpredictable. I strongly recommend trip insurance when traveling. It protects you in the event that you have to cancel outside of the normal policy window.
