Bathroom stall and electronic shower. Each room has a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe and small TV with local channels (antenna). Living room with table for four people, foosball table (geek) sofa bed (bunk bed), 32 "LCD TV with SKY, DVD, and sound with FM and IPOD input. In the room has contained with black out. Large balcony with four chairs and barbeque table. American kitchen with refrigerator duplex, new stove, dishes and cutlery, utensils, aluminum shapes, microwave, sandwich maker, and water filter. Service area with tank and clothesline. Building with elevator, concierge and a covered parking space.
It is at the height of the kiosks Agua Viva, chic point and fire department.
Note: We do not provide bedding / table and bath and neither blankets. We have 8 pillows.
Check in after 14 and check out by 12 noon. These times can be extended if there is no one entering / leaving the same day.
