Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Swim, play, or fish in the lake with the canoes available or bring your own boat to launch. Dock available right in your back yard. Indoor seating and game room for rainy days. Sleeps 13.
The space
Quiet place on Koontz lake. Great for family time, swimming, boating, small and large gatherings. Large entertainment room for games, activities, and dining up to 16 people. Due to popular requests we added a large TV in the living room and home internet. Great for football parties!!!

Entire home is for guest use. We ask that the garage is left closed since it has maintenance equipment in there.
