This beautiful, spacious cape home is terrific for families and couples alike. The open floor plan on the ground level (with kitchen, dining and living room and fireplace) and the large deck is perfect for relaxing, dining and entertaining. The house has a beautiful view of the water and you can walk down an use the private waterfront. It is set back from the road, so it is very quiet, safe for kids, and private. It's a peaceful oasis.

If you come as a couple, you will have plenty of room but won't feel as if you are rattling around in a huge house. The ground level has the kitchen, living and dining areas, bathroom, as well as a deck. A second couple or family can have total privacy in the lower level with a light filled bedroom with Queen bed, a sitting/TV area and a 2nd bathroom.

Families may want to use the well-furnished lower level as well. This has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with 4 twin beds (one is a day bed with trundle.) Between them is a comfortable living area and bathroom. Outside is another huge deck and outdoor shower. The path down to the waterfront is next to the lower deck.

You can also relax and play on our private waterfront on Town cove, an inlet from the Ocean. There is a small patch of sand for sitting and the the water is great for swimming, boating and fishing. Other wonderful local swimming options are Nauset beach on the ocean, Skaket beach on the bay, (both just a 7 minute drive) Crystal Lake (just a few miles away) and the ponds at Nickerson State Park, also just a ten minute drive.

We can accommodate up to 10, with a maximum of 6 adults.
We do not generally rent to larger groups of adults.
