About this property

Due to the location of the villa on a hill, the spectacular view of the mountains and hills that disappear into the blue Mediterranean Sea makes you very happy. Enjoy the peace and comfort of the villa and all the comforts that this holiday accommodation offers.
Spend the nights in a quiet environment with completely blackout windows for a perfect night's sleep and have a delicious cup of coffee on the terrace where the sun is already shining in the morning.

Casa Mavi is located 10 minutes from Torrox, easily accessible via a main road and the last 400 meters a good unpaved road. Torrox is a lively village with beautiful sandy beaches, a pleasant boulevard with many restaurants, nice shops and chirinquitos (beach bars) where you can eat the tastiest tapas and fish dishes. There is a market in Torrox every Monday.

The villa has a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen and beautiful sea and mountain views. There is a TV and a cozy wood-burning stove that provides warmth in the colder months.

Everything is on the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). There are two more double bedrooms with two single beds. All equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). There is a 2nd bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is also a lovely terrace with a lounge area and dining area to fully enjoy the outdoors.
